Twitter's live streaming video opens way to abuse

Twitter launched a new application for the social media which is Periscope. It is a live streaming video application. The application's default setting is public which allows everyone to comment and  retweet the video. 

This thus allows people to misuse the videos uploaded and comment nasty things. This abuses the

person uploading as they feel hurt with comments passed on them.
