Culture of 'feeding' phones with food

Asians use to be taking photos right before eating, then uploading to social media such as Instagram as this may create an issue of disrupting the dining ambiance in the restaurant especially to those who may concern. There is a news from BIGHOSPITAPILITY site written there is a group of leading French chef launched a campaign of banning smartphone photography from their restaurants. Hence this creates a debating section for the net users to raise their voice so as to protest their rights of taking photos in any UK restaurants. In fact, those chefs have their views on banning this culture as they deem that action of taking photos on their painstaking works is distinctly a bad manner. Although they understand the fact of generating the free promotion purpose but giving a real respect to the food is their only aim. They also claim that taking the food photos either with family or friends numerous times will degrade the tastiness of the food as by the time they finished their photography section, the food is normally cold. So, shouldn't we think further before taking an action though this is a trend in this new era? Put down your phone and get a life by communicating to the person who is sitting right in front of you.
