Advertisements on Instagram

instagram-ads
Apart from talking about ‘stealing’ people's photography without considering the ownership rights, have you ever tried to promote your products on Instagram by spamming comments on the photos of those artists or models? In another words, people can always have a free platform to make their advertisements probably by tagging many influential people or even wisely use of ‘hashtags’. In fact, these ways are really worked for some of the users as they will create their ways of ‘cooperative mode’ naturally by helping each other to ‘shout out’ so as to gain more attention, also increase the followers. Besides, many people used to be advertising their products but not owning the photos is a serious problem which will bring lots of troubles to the real owner. The best way to deal with this problem should be putting the source under the caption honestly as this action does not harm you neither the owners but just a respectful act for all the parties. Sometimes, there are many endorsement issues can be generated through the high editing skills of people nowadays. Hence, this can truly defame ladies especially when they are being harmed for the use of any porny advertisements.

Do we STILL have any privacy?

privacy-policy-practicesI guess many of the Instagram users would not actually read carefully about their legal terms of use of proprietary rights, including myself until I googled the facts of Instagram. In fact, they have the perpetual right to sell users’ photographs without any payment to the owners as this is under a new policy implemented by their management few years ago. In another words, they can sell your pictures all around the world but owe you nothing which is a severe problem for those who are really valuing copyrights. However, from the moment you posted something on Instagram, the photographs are belong to the social media for instant, Facebook also has the right to sell the photos owed by any Instagram users under two sections of terms of policy. Although this may be a controversial act implemented but we do really ACCEPT the terms and conditions before starting the apps, hence be wise on choosing which photos to be uploaded and also show out a personal logo or even a short statement onto the photos so as to indicate the origins of YOUR photos. This is very important to prevent any conflicts about the copyright issues as those platforms have already assumed their rights of using the photographs are being accepted by the users from the moment you click a tick on the box.

Culture of 'feeding' phones with food

Asians use to be taking photos right before eating, then uploading to social media such as Instagram as this may create an issue of disrupting the dining ambiance in the restaurant especially to those who may concern. There is a news from BIGHOSPITAPILITY site written there is a group of leading French chef launched a campaign of banning smartphone photography from their restaurants. Hence this creates a debating section for the net users to raise their voice so as to protest their rights of taking photos in any UK restaurants. In fact, those chefs have their views on banning this culture as they deem that action of taking photos on their painstaking works is distinctly a bad manner. Although they understand the fact of generating the free promotion purpose but giving a real respect to the food is their only aim. They also claim that taking the food photos either with family or friends numerous times will degrade the tastiness of the food as by the time they finished their photography section, the food is normally cold. So, shouldn't we think further before taking an action though this is a trend in this new era? Put down your phone and get a life by communicating to the person who is sitting right in front of you.
