Tinder

            IAC/ InterActiveCorp is planning an initial public offering 

for the match group, the dating conglomerate behind popular sites 

or mobile apps such as tinder. What is tinder?

            

            Tinder is a location-based social discovery application that 

facilitates communication between mutually interested users. In 

brief, tinder is a dating mobile app. By using facebook, Tinder 

is able to build a user profile with photos that have already been 

uploaded. Basic information is gathered and tinder will pair the 

user with candidates with the same common interests and number 

of mutual friends.

            

           Swipe feature is central to Tinder’s design. Swipe right to 

‘like’ potential matches and swipe left to pass.
